This page explains how I handle the small amount of information this website collects, and shares a few notes about the content here. If anything isn't clear, please reach out.

Your privacy on this website This website collects very little, only what I need to respond to you:

  • If you sign up for my newsletter: your first name and email.

  • If you book a discovery call: your name, email, and phone, collected through my scheduling tool, Acuity.

  • If you use my contact form: your name, email, phone, and whatever you choose to write in your message.

I use this information only to reply to you, to schedule our time together, and, if you've signed up, to send occasional updates. I do not sell your information, and I never share it for marketing.

My website and newsletter run on Squarespace, and my scheduling runs on Acuity. These services process your information under their own privacy terms.

You're always in control: you can unsubscribe from updates anytime, and you can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information I hold. Just ask.

This website notice is separate from the Privacy and Confidentiality Notice you receive as a client, which covers the records related to your care.

A note on the content here The information on this website, including the Mind-Body Library, is offered for education and general interest. It is not medical or mental-health advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
