  • Once you have confirmed a date and time with me you will receive 2 emails with confirmation of your appointment. They will contain information about your session, the location of the office and other useful information.

  • You will be lying down comfortably on a massage table for your session, or seated depending on your comfort. I recommend loose comfortable clothing. Pants, slacks or shorts are recommended.

  • Your time is valuable and so is mine. I ask the courtesy of 24-hour cancellation for a scheduled appointment. Full payment is expected for missed appointments with less than 24-hours notice, except in cases of emergency.

  • Regular sessions are 50 minutes to an hour long. Longer sessions are available in person and on Zoom. This can be useful if you travel a longer distance or if you would like more spaciousness to deepen into the work. You are welcome to discuss what is most supportive to you if you would like longer sessions.

  • Payment is accepted through PayPal, Venmo, cash, or check. The first session is an hour and a half long and is $205. A regular session is 50 minutes to an hour and is $135.

  • If you are feeling unwell with any symptoms that are Covid-like, please reschedule. Cancellation fees will be waived. If you have any symptoms or test positive in the week following your visit, please notify me so I can test. My goal is to keep you and all my clients safe.

  • This office requires the ability to navigate stairs. Please let me know if stairs are a challenge for you.

  • I offer sessions in person in my office located in downtown Northampton, Massachusetts.

    Sessions are also available on Zoom or on the phone. Depending on the work we are doing, these sessions offer the convenience of decreasing your travel time, continue getting support during times you are physically unwell and unable to come to the office or when you are out of Pioneer Valley.

    We can discuss the best fit for you.

  • During inclement weather, such as snow and ice, I follow the Northampton Public School systems for cancellations. We can be in contact to decide if rescheduling is the best course of action.
